Aklima did my eyebrows exactly how I wanted them! She took such care to make sure that every hair was gone. I had an experience at another salon where they thinned my brows too much so was nervous but they came out perfect

I've been here 3x when my regular place up the road isn't available. I've had the same therapist all 3x - she's brilliant. Very efficient, friendly, lovely to talk to, and very client-focused. It can feel awkward going in as it's next to a pub on a busy street and opposite another, but not an issue in the day. Owner can come off a little forceful. Inside is clean, attractive, and air conditioned, and waxing obviously in private rooms anyway. Will probably make this my regular.

I’ve been to quite a few waxing parlours in Stratford since moving here and I’ve FINALLY found my best local! Wax was super quick, very professional and all hairs were completely removed - she paid so much attention to getting rid of them all. Thank you so much - I am now a new a regular!!
