I was a bit disappointed with my £42 haircut/blow dry today. Throughout the wash, water was splashed over my face and t-shirt. I tried to make conversation with the hairdresser and received one-word answers. She didn't make any effort to shape my hair around my face, and when the cut was finished, she looked at my hair and said "it looks OK". Not the greatest customer service I've ever had, which is a shame because I came here for a haircut ~2 years ago and it was fine.

This was a first facial for my teen and the therapist was lovely I can’t remember her name but it began with M she was very attentive to my 12 year old and myself and made sure we were both comfortable and knew exactly what she was doing at all times and gave loads of advice we are definitely going to rebook.

I have been trying to find an affordable clinic to remove my skin tags as it has been affecting my mental health.
I was very fortunate to of had a cancellation from another clinic to have an immediate appointment with the Broadway Clinic.
The surgeon is very professional, caring and listens to your concerns.
My experience of the treatment I received has encouraged me to com back for more of the same treatment.
