I have been waxing for over 10 years and this was the worst wax I've ever had! She obviously had no idea what she was doing. Once the wax was on she didn't leave it long enough and kept picking bits off slowly which made it unbelievably painful. She also left a huge patch of hair behind and left small bits of wax stuck in the hair I didn't want removed. To top it off, she double dipped the stick in the wax multiple times. Awful!!
