I have only had good experiences at this salon, they are professional, efficient, friendly, polite, and always do a great job. My normal aesthetician wasn’t available so my wax was covered by Aklima, who did an exceptional and surprisingly low-pain job considering it was 12 weeks of regrowth. As always, attention to detail, consideration of my comfort, and overall a great client experience. Lovely to know that there are multiple fantastic colleagues available if my regular lady is booked.

You get what you pay for.The stylist wanted to send me home with semi wet hair. I absolutely did not feel good coming out of the salon.
