I had my hair washed by a student hairdresser. I was slightly confused as this was not mentioned when I sat down. Whilst she was shampooing my hair, I hardly felt the shampoo on head and she only did the front of my head. Given my hair is thick, this was not not enough shampoo. Unfortunately, when she applied conditioner it was not rinsed of properly.
When I had my blow dry,another hairdresser asked if I had oil in my hair and for long! I thought it was rude and unprofessional.

Clinic staff we’re friendly and welcoming. Clinic space is clean and modern. Lymphatic drainage massage was relaxing and the therapist discussed my problem areas prior and added adjustments to the massage to suit my needs. Great soft massage!
