Everything at the Broadway Clinic is a positive experience. From the friendly and welcoming approach of the beauty therapist to the skilled and professional anesthetic practitioner, who communicates well about the different procedures. I have never felt pressured to have more treatments than I want or need, which is reassuring. I am delighted with the result of the Morpheous8 procedure. I can't recommend it highly enough.

I had my hair washed by a student hairdresser. I was slightly confused as this was not mentioned when I sat down. Whilst she was shampooing my hair, I hardly felt the shampoo on head and she only did the front of my head. Given my hair is thick, this was not not enough shampoo. Unfortunately, when she applied conditioner it was not rinsed of properly.
When I had my blow dry,another hairdresser asked if I had oil in my hair and for long! I thought it was rude and unprofessional.
