The girl who did my eyebrows was terrible. i regularly come to this place but my last experience was horrible. i woke up with cuts near my eyebrows, overall i love this place but please replace the person who did my eyebrows last time, she was so inexperienced and didn't even know what she was doing.

I think the stylist was quite nice and seemed to listen but found her talking about her own hair a lot. My hair doesn’t look like the photos I showed but she took regular feedback during the session but I think there needs to be more focus on the what is being requested. I have to say the people are really nice but the lady that waxed my eyebrows tore off a strip of skin which I only realised later. Maybe products need to be modified for sensitive skin. She was nice though and brows look good
