Haircut and color was great! Really loved the cut. Decided to finally get the Morpheus8 treatment done on my neck, procedure was good, professional, wasn't rushed, can't wait to see the results

I was a bit disappointed with my £42 haircut/blow dry today. Throughout the wash, water was splashed over my face and t-shirt. I tried to make conversation with the hairdresser and received one-word answers. She didn't make any effort to shape my hair around my face, and when the cut was finished, she looked at my hair and said "it looks OK". Not the greatest customer service I've ever had, which is a shame because I came here for a haircut ~2 years ago and it was fine.
