I showed a picture of the colour I wanted and the colour I got was much darker, basically just a dark brown/black when it should have been a dark red. I was also told by the manager I had to pay extra to what I paid on here because my hair is thick.

Great service. I have pcos and usually have a hard time finding beauticians that don't shame me for having more facial hair than normal. The treatment was smooth and the beautician was warm and friendly.
