I was very nervous but Nav came highly recommended for his honesty,skills and professionalism.
He worked with me to address key issues which were: wrinkly neck, loss of collagen. As a 55 year old woman I am very aware of saggy cheeks and collagen loss, plus dark spots. Nav listened and applied his skills.. I competed Morphus a d fillers.
The results are already amazing.. and I know will improve over time.
I would highly recommend this team.

I didn’t have my usual therapist (Samya) although I specifically asked for her when I booked and was confirmed she would be the therapist I have. I still went ahead with the appointment but I found this different therapist to not be chatty or want to make conversation at all. When it got round to the eyebrow waxing it was incredibly painful and she was so rough - not how it usually is. She also did threading without warning me which normally would be asked if I wanted it. Quite disappointed

Had a wash cut and blow dry with Maria which was honestly the best haircut I’ve had in years. Super quick yet attentive taking time to ask what style I wanted. Very knowledgeable about curly hair - could not recommend enough!

I would greatly value exploring a less intensive route if possible, to achieve the desired results.
