The lady who done my waxing was really good and deserves 5 stars and massive praise for her patience. However I gave the experience 4 stars as I was charged £15 extra for having thick hair from what I recalled. I was never charged extra at other salons and unfortunately hair thickness is outside my control so to any fellow thick haired ladies, this treatment may be not be for you.
