Mitch was a really amazing, attentive and knowledgeable hairdresser. I arrived nervous to introduce layers to my hair, but Mitch explained everything clearly, calmly and made me comfortable. She went out of her way to explain each step and reassured me. She was also very complimentary of my hair and kind to me throughout, which made me feel at ease. I am writing this two days after my cut and I’m still really in love with the results. I would highly recommend Mitch!
