I was happy with my cut and toning however the experience was awful. I had a trainee wash my hair with freezing cold water and then scalding hot and a bad attitude, it seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The main problem however was my stylist, the service she offered was absolutely awful. I wasn’t offered a drink the whole 2 hours I was there, she spoke to me very rudely and when I asked to refund my blow dry as I was short of time she said no as didn’t know how. Would never return
