I went to the salon with an idea of what I wanted and was fully reassured when talking with the hair stylist (Teagan) that I wanted a balayage with a root smudge. The whole experience was great, she was so friendly and I enjoyed going! The outcome was really good and wasn’t rushed at all - will definitely go back and trust the salon now to go even lighter blonde in the future now I trust the place!
