She did a very good job at waxing me but im not sure if the wax is a problem or the direction in which the wax was removed that caused alot of ingrown hairs. This has never really been the case before.

Really disappointed in my lashes from here. I usually have a lash technician I see but she was away so needed to go elsewhere. Issues - 1. They only did a 1/3 of my eyelashes - very sparse 2. They used lashes that are meant for hybrids (not classics) to save time and try and make them look ‘fuller’ (this didn’t work). 3. Glued to my skin & clumped the lashes together.
For what I’m used to I was really gutted when I saw the end results.
