The contract in place with the salon and also tw showed no list to chose for short,long hair. She did not cut my hair the way I wanted.she didnt check hair after blow-dry for cut length. She also used a conditioner but failed to advise her customer of the additional £s. I enquired with her that the contract she has in place with tw didn'tshow the additional options for hair . I was accused of being the type of customer who choses wrong option.she charged extra by over £25.00 .very rude

Indie did my highlights beautifuly,, colour amazing and perfect haircut. She is so bubbly and really hospitable.Lady that left that poor review has obviously expected to have toner for free.I have toner and I pay for it,, she mixes it with conditioner and massages into my hair for few minutes.My picture is in the picture gallery and her work is superb!All my friends are her customers and I highly recommend her.
Omar was sick so the owner did my hair,i am so disappointed,she charge me £25 extra for a toner that i am 100% she didn’t apply,cas i am sure when you apply a toner at least you leave it for a few minutes,she apply “the toner”like conditioner or maybe nothing ,when i put my hair up looks like I did my self the highlights,ugly yellow,sloppy job,I will never in my life will go back there!!!!!
