Charged extra £13, the reason was my hair was too long but it wasn’t. But the outcome of the hair cut is very good.

The stylist began by shouting and using abusive language at me (“I would f*** off your hair if I wanted”), then threatened me and threw me out. I had booked a keratin treatment and several other services but was only given a cheap conditioning mask. The haircut was uneven and left my hair visibly damaged. The salon and bathroom were filthy. Misleading advertising, predatory and unethical behaviour. This place should be inspected. Avoid!
