I was given a voucher for a treatment of my choice for my birthday. I chose a hot stone back, neck and shoulder massage and it was amazing! I will definitely be going back for more. Highly recommended and the heated treatment bed was a surprise.
The Bridge Retreat treatment room has a lovely calming atmosphere and Lucy is very caring and attentive therapist - such a treat!

What can be said other then superb!! Lucy does work some magic. It would seem that most of my muscles had some kind of knot in them. The cycle ride the next day felt much more comfortable and the badminton 2 days after, a breeze with far less tightness than before.
Lucy provides a calming, relaxed atmosphere putting you at ease immediately and allowing you to float into the experience.
Looking forward to my return visit, hopefully not too soon this time. Thanks Lucy
