Blissful. Fantastic facial. Surprise was having a hand and arm massage while face mask was on. From experience most facials I have had in past the therapist leaves the room. Not Lucy she stays and makes you feel special the whole time your there.

I now use The Bridge Retreat at least once a month, I always receive a warm welcome and a consultation. Any areas I feel need special attention is never a problem. All in all its a real treat for me and something I look forward to my visits.
