I would definitely recommend Lucy, I had a full body massage, I found her to be very knowledgable, experienced and great to talk through my concerns before and after treatment. A wonderful calm environment and Will definitely be going back for more treatments.

I had a full body massage and facial treatment package and it was heavenly! Lucy was so professional and welcoming, her treatment room was a little haven and the Neals yard products she used were so lovely! I'm a mum of two small people as well as working nearly full time so having this as a treat for some time to myself was so lovely 😍 I'll definitely be booking again!

Welcome to The Bridge Retreat, a small but idyllic, purpose built holistic therapy practice offering a range of holistic treatments, including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stones Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Hopi Ear Candling, Indian Head Massage, Organic Facials and Body Treatments.

Holistic therapies are increasingly recognised as a great way to combat the stresses and strains of today's hectic lifestyles. Owner of The Bridge Retreat, Lucy Knight, is a fully qualified and insured massage therapist and has been providing massage treatments since 2009. Since qualifying Lucy has gone on to develop her skills and interest in this field, continuously expanding her treatment portfolio with many happy and recurring clients.
