Due to my flight being delayed I was quite late, the staff however were very kind and accommodating, I cannot thank them enough. I also made a stupid mistake of picking up someone else's mobile phone and leaving mine there, for this i owe a massive apology for the inconvenience. I loved my hair treatment and I would go again yes.
