Venue was a tiny bit hard to find at first as it's in a mini mall type thing away from the main road but it's easy enough to get to. Beautician was quiet but very kind and friendly, wax was the least painful I've ever had. It wasn't completely painless of course but definitely didn't have me holding in curses. Very thorough job, and quick. Thank you

A notice on the desk saying she was with a client would be better as I was concerned at first that no-one was there and I had maybe been scammed. However, she was lovely and friendly and efficient.
