I am a regular waxer and this was the most shocking experience. Avoid!
-Locked me in the room with her with no explanation as to why.
-Did not leave the room for me to get dressed or undressed and started cleaning when I was getting dressed
-No towel for modesty,not even the disposable paper ones
-Wax had spilled all over the pot leaving an ugly messy
-Technique was poor, I had loads of broken hairs and within a week there was stubble which is unusual for me
