Glaucia is super friendly and sweet and works quickly and expertly. Having been to a variety of London wax establishments over 10 years, she’s been my favourite so far. She’s very experienced and listens to what you like. My brows always look perfect and the brazilian waxes are as painless as they can be. She also plays really good music during the appointment which creates a fun vibe :)
