Friendly, thorough and fast! Waxing is never the best experience but Rose was quick and made the process as quick and painless as possible.

I waited 10min before my apt began (stood waiting outside for them to open, as I was the first apt for the day). When I walked into the room, she did not leave to let me get changed, and when she finally started on my wax, I was pretty horrified to see her double-dip the stick she applied *for my brazilian* back into the wax pot! I stayed given I was the first one in for the day. She stayed in the room texting when done (no space for me to get dressed). All in all, not a great experience.

Rose was friendly, professional and polite. It was my first time getting a wax so the level of pain was a shock but Rose quickly reassured me and took extra care where possible. It was an otherwise painless and pleasant experience so would come back for sure!
