Went in for my first ever bikini wax. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and sat in the waiting area. My appointment with Laude started a bit late as she was finishing up with the previous client, however I was not in a rush so did not mind and she was apologetic about the delay. Also, although I went in almost immediately after the previous client was done everything was neat and had been cleaned up.
All the staff was lovely and there was a nice atmosphere. Laude answered any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Very happy with my wax, overall a very pleasant first experience and I will definitely be returning!
