The first time, was great. I got a Hollywood and they took their time in making sure all the hair was off and it looked great. I was really impressed and eager to come back.
The second time however, despite the lovely therapist and very good products, didn’t get all the hair off. I asked what about this hair? They then tweezed the longer bits off but still left mid length hair that I can see sparsely all over the area. It could have done with another once over with hot wax. For £48 I expect real attention to detail and because the therapist thought it was fine I felt embarrassed to tell her what I wanted her to do to give me a clean Hollywood. After the second appointment I won’t be coming back because I just want a better value for money.

I usually always leave a 5 star review. Big fan of their organic wax.
But this time, the therapist was new so the treatment lasted for 45 min instead of the usual 20-25 min and the result wasn’t perfect..
