I've awarded my treatment 5 stars. I had a Hollywood , and the process was quick and relatively pain free. The ladies here are absolute gems - lovely to talk to and great at putting you at ease. Very knowledgeable on after care treatment. Will definately be rebooking here!

I purchased a 'full bottom' wax believing that this would, as the name suggests, be akin to a Hollywood, or at least a Brazilian as there was no option to book either of these services individually. It was not and I was thus required to pay a further £10 for my treatment on site. Which I did somewhat begrudgingly. I am not entirely who is to blame for this predicament but this should be remedied lest other customers come to the same conclusion. With regards to the actual service the beautician (sorry I cant remember her name) was very friendly and chatty. I am used to a Lycon wax so found that the homemade wax at this salon was very sticky and also, again, I am not sure whether this was due to the wax or the technique adopted, more painful than I am akin to, and I am a regular waxer. In all whilst I can recommend the wax (I walked out hairless) the confusion with the service, the additional charge and the extra pain mean that I wont be making another visit.

This was my second time here and it was still a very pleasant experience. I had a different beautician but she was just as lovely as the first girl I ever received. I will definitely be visiting again.
