The experience itself was good, the therapist was very chatty and made me feel at ease.
However I didn't find the technique up to scratch for a £40 wax. Lots of the hairs were ripped off at the head and not at the root leaving me with a messy finish and the need to go and get it re-done just a couple of weeks later.
My first experience here was really good (with a different therapist) so I am disappointed that this experience may have put me off returning.
