I had a underarm waxing and it was completely painless. I have previously used other types of hot wax and this wax was really nice. It left my skin feeling moisturised and exfoliated. The lady who did my waxing was firiendly and very thorough.

I am very happy with my Hollywood wax! Lau was very kind and effective, and the treatment itself was the least painful one I've had this far - and I tried quite a few (including Lycon hot wax, chocolate hot wax, honey wax, olive wax and sugar wax). The homemade, brazilian wax here was by far the best! Painless and took even the short hairs. Very impressive! I will definitely recommend this forward and come back next time!

The place is hidden and small but very intimate and private. My therapist Laude was extremely welcoming and made me feel very relaxed. She was happy to answer any questions I had and within the 20mins I felt I had been there so many times! It was my first time having a wax with 'hot wax' and Laude gave me information about this unique specially made wax. The procedure itself had great results and of course there is pain with all wax but relatively much less than with other wax. My skin had no irritations or burning feeling as I have done previously with 'strip wax' - I will definitely go back again!
