Overall the experience was good. However, I am used to more of a spa like experience when I go in for waxing and this was definitely bare bones.

Don't have a bad word to say about this place! Melissa was absolutely lovely - really friendly and professional - and the wax itself was the least painful I've had in years. Quick, efficient, great value for money. Would definitely recommend!
