The therapist was lovely and made the experience very comfortable. Unfortunately a large percentage of hairs broke off rather than being pulled out, so much quicker regrowth than I am used to.

I've been here quite a few times now and it is always good. The staff are all trained well and hot wax is definitely a lot less painful than strip wax. As I said the staff are all really good but my personal preference is Lily.

So glad I found this place. All of the staff are brilliant - so friendly and give brilliant results whilst putting you at ease. I won't go anywhere else now for my waxing. You can normally get an appointment at quite short notice in your lunch hour which is good.
