Just wanted to write a quick review, as today was my first ever visit to the company and I was massively impressed. It's easy to walk past the boutique as they are downstairs from a hairdressers, which is probably why I've never really noticed it before, even though I walk past almost everyday. However after finding out about it online and reading the reviews, I thought I'd give them a try - and glad I did! The staff are absolutely lovely, professional and experienced. I felt very comfortable despite it being an intimate treatment! They were very thorough and always open and willing to answer any questions/queries I had with regards to the treatment. I have to say I've had the same treatment in other boutiques close by, yet have never experienced the high level of customer service, professionalism and putting me at ease than here. I've already recommended to a friend and will definitely be coming back here. Highly recommended!
First visit here and was really impressed! Great things: wax was quick and much less painless than other experiences I've had in Soho... the special wax they use is super fast drying which means they can work quickly too. Also... NO double dipping! So nice to see a salon using a fresh spatula each time.... Will be back for sure.

This was a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful and the treatment was the best I've ever had - much less painful than the conventional wax strips. The loyalty card is a great idea too, I'll definitely be back!
