Great wax as always. Different therapist every time but they're all lovely and very thorough. Only thing is it's always boiling in that basement so I sweat, which makes the waxing more difficult!

I felt a bit nervous and awkward about my wax but Lily was so chatty and lovely that I soon forgot my embarrassment! She was quick and efficient and it really was hardly painful at all. I noticed afterwards that she'd missed a couple little stray hairs (though I do think I'm hairier than the average!). Wasn't ideal but easily resolved and honestly overall the experience was amazing - would definitely recommend and will be returning myself.

This experience wasn't bad, but I did notice when I got home that my bikini line was wonky, which was a bit annoying. The woman who did my wax was friendly and chatty, but perhaps a bit distracted and she didn't give me a mirror to check it was even, which would have been good. Overall, I'd use this salon again as I think it's good value for money and it's in a convenient location.
