I had to change my appointment time to an earlier a lot and the girls let me do that without any hassle which was much appreciated. It's always quick and well done getting waxed here. Very pleasant.

Friendly staff and air conditioning in the room (much appreciated on a hot day!) However the room was slightly dirty - the towels on the waxing bed was covered with wax and there were a few flies in the room.
The wax itself was a bit rushed (I was five mins late so this may have been the reason) and quite painful. The therapist didn't trim the hair to begin with, I had to ask her to do so, and I was left with some angry red marks that took 4-5 days to calm down.
