Very nice staff and I was happy with my treatment. The place feels a little dingy and could be improved, however, saying that, I go there for the quality of the treatment rather than a 'spa' experience. They recently increased their price for a Brazilian wax by £7 making it a bit steep at £42. I do feel it is somewhat overpriced. However, I have chosen to continue to go there though due to the friendly staff and a good quality wax.
