I love this waxing salon, I've had a few different waxers and they're all friendly and lovely. Unfortunately this wasn't the most thorough wax I've had there which is why I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars. She missed quite a bit of the inside bum cheeks, which is really half the point of a G string wax! But she was lovely and it was relatively painless.

I arrived about 5 minutes early but the therapist was running late - so we got started about 10 minutes after my appointment. It wasn't a great start but the worst part of the experience was that it took her ages to do my Brazilian wax. She blamed it on my hair growing in different directions but surely a salon who specializes in this type of waxing knows that they are doing? So she went over the same areas a few times which meant my skin was sore for two days. Wax too hot as well.

I always go here because even though it's a simple (but v pleasant) set up under a hairdressers the staff and quality of the service and treatment are always amazing. They're warm, always laughing and make you feel comfortable. They're efficient (nothing worse than a wax that takes an hour) but also thorough.
