An excellent wax - less painful than at other salons. The therapist was very skilled and quick and efficient during the treatment. I also liked the fact that they use natural ingredients in their wax which is better for the skin. It would be good if a chair for belongings was placed in the room though and also if wipes were available upon arrival.

They have recently moved venue to a spot above ground which is lovely. Although it might not appear to be a 5star interior on arrival, the cleanliness and quality definitely are. The staff are very friendly and my waxer was both friendly and thorough. You might not be drawn in from the exterior but I can assure you it's the best and friendliest wax at the best cost that I've ever had in central London.
