Claudia was very nice and made the usually fairly painful wax pretty easy. Hot wax used. All staff very friendly. Slightly tricky to find as just a door up to the rooms upstairs but let in quickly. Nice waiting room area and toilets to use if needed.

The waxing cost a little more here than elsewhere, but I think it was worth it because the experience was great. Nice ambience, professional service - not too much pain! The salon is also in a good location in Soho near some nice restaurants. Not the cheapest but definitely a good service, which was worth paying for, I think.
