This is the best place I've found in London for a hot wax and I won't go anywhere else! I'm typically very bad with pain but the therapists are always brilliant and their signature wax has some kind of magic mixed in (chamomile, I think). Don't be put off initially by the surroundings as the treatment rooms are always clean and relaxing.

I have visited this place a few times. This is the first time they've been running late. I was told by the therapist that she was running a little bit late - it ended up being 30 minutes. I was a bit put out that I wasn't given the option to reschedule as I was made late for other plans.
