Laude was v distracted, nipping in and out of the room mid-wax which is so awkward given the procedure. Then when I asked for a Hollywood, she said I'd only booked for a Brazilian, but surely this could have been changed. So inflexible and unpleasant, v disappointed as I've been going there for years.
