I wasnt happy about being told that I would lose my entire booking just for changing a time (not at my fault). Karis (who's left) would never had made this happen. Very mishandled on the staff's part.
Lilly who done my wax was lovely though I do recommend her.

Great! Although I paid for a hot wax for my legs and when I got there they insisted they used strip wax because the hairs were too short (even though I hadn't shaved in two weeks and have been told before that hot wax is better on short hair?). So much more painful then I wanted on the legs, but really great brazilian!
