I had booked one of my previous therapists through treatwell but they were away. I was informed by The Hot Wax Co immediately and asked whether I wished to reschedule or keep appointment with a different therapist which I thought was excellent customer care. The Hollywood wax l had, seemed a bit more painful than previous visits as larger sections of hair seemed to be removed at one time. I also had a different therapist who was lovely but there was not as much conversation to distract me. However, all hair was removed and the result was excellent therefore I would return.
