I tried to attend this venue not once but twice for a hair cut and both times they cancelled. The first time time i arrived at the sallon and only after 15 minuets passed I was then told the hair dresser wasn't in today and that I couldn't have my hair cut. I then rescheduld for the following week. 2 hours before my second appointment I called to confirm the appointment and was told that the hairdresser wasnt in again! No compensation! Don't bother going half way across London for this
