I booked to get BIAB done here as it looked like a lovely salon. I’ve come away really disappointed. I’ve been getting BIAB for three years now and have never come away with my nails looking so bad. The girl was friendly but a few of my nails were bumpy so she corrected them, I’ve come away noticing more looking the same and she’s butchered around my nails with the skin looking horrible. Happy to send in photos.

I had a great wash and cut by Courtney. I absolutely loved the head massage she gave whilst conditioning my hair, it super relaxed me. The cut itself suits me perfectly. Will definitely be back. Also the loyalty card system is a nice extra touch.
