The place and staff are welcoming. I booked my first treatment for gel mani and pedicure.The girl was nice but not very sttentive.Few times i had to mention about re filing my nails and lack of attention.I am very disappointed as my nail gel polish came out in 3 days in some of my nails during my holiday which it has never happened before. Also i would like to mention that the chairs are very uncomfortable during the treatment as they do not have back rest

Very helpful staff- Lauren directed me to the salon (I got lost thanks to google maps) and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Very cosy in the treatment room but also very welcoming. Felt I got my money’s worth and will definitely return. Great!
