I’ve been coming to the Body Lounge for quite some time now, for hair styling, sunbed, eyelash tinting, eyebrow wax and tint and also facial injections. Every visit I have found the staff to be friendly and welcoming, I would certainly highly recommend the Body Lounge.

I had a lovely experience, felt very relaxed. Gel nails were good but a little messy in places. Cleaned up at home afterwards.

I have absolutely nothing but amazing things about this salon, the staff and the service i received. I first visited The Body Lounge as I had an absolute hair disaster and my hair was left so damaged and brittle and the colour was all wrong. I spoke with Jayde, who is a lovely, warm and honest manager. She advised me that I should leave having more highlights for another month and have a good cut instead as there would only be further damage done to my hair. Jayde could have just taken my money and proceeded with the treatment but she didn't. Jayde gave me honest and truthful advice as customer care is what the salon is about.
Fast forward a month later and I could not be more happy with the results if my new hair colour and the healthiness of my hair. Jayde and her team are lovely, friendly, honest people and I have found a new salon that want only the best for their customers.

I was quite disapointed. I booked a treatment for 45 mins which was full leg. When I arrived the employee was counting her tips. Another client arrived and we both were waiting while she was still counting her tips. Then she asked the other customer to follower her. She finished with the other customer and took me at 11.15. 5 mins late but nothing dramatic of course. Once in the room, i asked if she could do bum too cause the option wasn't on the website. She said she is too busy, she might not be able. I said half leg + bum. She was ok. She rushed it. During my treatment clients were waiting and knocking at the door to know when she will be available for them. Then she waxed the bum but hurt me badly and when I left I had a lot of wax still there. Then she said she has time for full legs. Still some hair today they haven't be removed. I left at 11.49 which is 34 mins of treatment. She rushed it and hurt me cause she overbooked and pretty much blamed me for it. I won't us them again.
