Quite blunt staff, the lash tech specifically stacked these thick lashes on the corner of my eye where I’d told her I don’t like any lashes. This clump then painfully started pulling down on my eyelashes and poking me in the eye within a few days and I ended up needing to pull the section out to stop the painful irritation. Not a fan of the vibe or tone of venue either.

Absolutely love body lounge, very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing too much trouble. Very professional staff excellent massages haircuts and nails had all these treatments no issues
