Safi was very attentive when removing the gel nail products. She was gentle with the actual nails. She took her time to ensure the products were softened enough without causing any pain or damage. The final treatment of conditioning my clean nails was very gentle and nourishing, as was the hand massage. I highly recommend Safi.
