Came in for lumi eye and it was my first experience of having any injectable so I was very nervous. She talked me through the process and numbed me up. She sat there and spoke to me for the 20 minutes it took for the numbing to take affect. When I walked in she was having a very busy day so the fact that she took the time to sit with me to ease my nerves ment alot. She also gave me a fluffy pillow to cuddle and had very steady hands. Also the treatment worked great 👍
