It was the first time I attended blossom for a Swedish massage , I found Lydia to be a lovely person, took time to listen to my issues, when finished I felt so relaxed.

nails chipped after 1 day. complaint wasn’t replied to until i cancelled further appointments. offered £10 refund when biab was £37. tried this place so many times for different services. hair/brows/nails. always inconsistent. only positive is sara hairdresser.
Gel Nails Manicure
Felt very comfortable and relaxed. The brow lamination was not what I expected. I imagined that the brows would be lay down flat and stay that way, however they keep on moving and becoming annoyingly out of place. I did follow the guidance given.
